The people I work with are polite and very helpful.

Cons

Where to start. They overwork you like a slave. Pay is lousy if you are senior chemist or higher because you don't get paid for OT. The buildings and equipment are outdated. The servers/instruments crash daily making it nearly impossible to complete a task. Management has no laboratory experience so they can't help you with testing or how to help you solve a problem. The worse job decision ever to come here.

Most everyone is very nice and a lot of work gets done. Wide array of science areas and fast growing environment

Cons

The area is not what I first expected and I am mroe fo a city person so that is what detracts from the job but otherwise its a nice town and good people work there.
