Flexible and understanding when it comes to issues or last minute situations. Very accommodating with my current status

Salary could be better , professionalism also could be cleaned up a bit.

Pros

Work schedule is very flexible. Company employees are friendly and nice to work with. Great benefits and management tries to bring all employees together on client sites.

Cons

Training after orientation needs a lot of work. Training system is not user friendly and either needs to be updated of removed. However, only time will tell if this review needs to be updated
