      Low wages, Low morale, Shorthanded

      Pros

      Good benefits, gated building and parking for safety, nice break room, celebrated birthdays and anniversaries every month, and many of the employees are great people

      Cons

      Shorthanded, only hire people with a degree and still pay them under $13/hr, pay is not based on how hard you work or how long you have been with the company, allow laziness from several employees but expect others to pick up the slack, employees are not well informed, machines malfunction constantly, no maintenance for 2nd or 3rd shift, facility is not very lean and you must constantly search for materials, a few managers are very rude. High up management doesn't care about anyone that isn't on 1st shift.

      Pros

      I love working for this company. Lots of opportunities to advance if you are proactive about it. Management is very supportive, and the company is growing. Great work life balance and awesome team of people.

      Cons

      IT systems need updated into the 21st century and more transparency into the company, but overall, nothing too challenging
