      Pros

      None; they have a good benefits package but it's not worth working here! Upper management just cares about numbers and doesn't care about their employees.

      Cons

      Too many hours with little pay. Upper management is clueless on how to make things better. They talk about work/life balance but they don't mean it. They want to make their numbers and run you into the ground. Avoid this place like the plague! I'm finding something else!

      The labs are nice & the food is free You are trained to get better at what you do

      Cons

      Although colleagues were nice we do not see much each others The work is boring and you have few possibilities of promotion Aside the management do not take care of your requests
