Great colleagues, young team and cooperation among employees. Salary is honest for a beginner. You can learn a lot with a bit of willpower.

Cons

Defective communication, botched formation focused on less relevant things. No special care for safety and expecially on this point: no self-criticism and discharge of responsibility on newly arrived people.
