Pros

A good place to work as an organization. Employee friendly HR policies. Frequent onsite opportunities. Free Cab & Lunch facilities Good Hike compare to market standards and on time promotions.

Cons

As an organization Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a good company to work for, however within the organization SQAO (Testing group) has been created as a sub organization, is one of the worst management I ever come across in my entire professional career. The person who is leading the India SQAO management is one of the most arrogant and unprofessional and he himself behaves like a Hitler since all the decisions will be taken by this person without taking all into confidence and all the employees of SQAO needs to adhere to these decisions whether those are good or bad. There is no value for ideas and suggestions given by other members. He is politically motivated and play lots of politics in everything what he does. He has a god father who operates outs side of India and have the complete control over the SQAO group and local management follow what he says. There is no work life balance for the SQAO members as they are working on multiple initiatives along with regular project deliverables without considering the available effort of the resource. QA group should work for the organization/clients/programs need however due to worst higher management they are trying to twist the programs to SQAO needs which intern has conflicts with many of the program directors as they are not happy with the way SQAO is functioning. One such example is implementation of Mind Maps across programs and many of the members in SQAO themselves are not happy with this as it is hardly add any value to the business and moreover it is very time consuming activity compare to writing the test cases which is very efficient way of managing and maintaining the traceability with the requirements.
