Flexible working hours, a way of "getting your foot in the door" to large companies

Cons

Pay and benefits package isnt the same as the people you work with on the PSS site employed by the actual company which is demoralising. Absolutely no career progression or promotion opportunities. Extremely poor sick pay terms (literally no sick pay after you've taken your 5 days for the year even with a doctors note), don't plan on getting ill if you work for eurofins.
