Where to start? GREED Constant pressure and a "do more for less" mentality. Long hours, and many times, back breaking work, for very very little money, usually little to no raise and almost no room for advancement. Favoritism is always being shown by management toward current employees and new hires. It doesn't matter if you've been there for over 20 years...a new college graduate who doesn't know what they're doing and still needs to be trained will get paid more and promoted faster, because they are young and have a degree. about 5 levels of superiors you have to answer to, including HR ( which is a joke ) before you can talk to the big boss. There is a large amount of unhappy employees for many numerous reasons, but group leaders, managers, directors...don't care. They turn a blind eye, and never address actual issues and conflicts, wanting to avoid conflict and be everybody's "friend" Mentality of moving people around within the company to avoid hiring anybody new; no promotion or more money, just extra work. Any new people that do get hired are usually part-time or seasonal to avoid paying benefits I really could go on, but bottom line is: Hard Work, Little Pay, Bad Mangement, No Fun

For small company. The owner does not recognize all employees hard work and dedication and sacrifice they have put into the company. Wish for the owner to be more proactive with the lab staff. Company is top heavy.
