Pros

As described by the first reviewer- Friendly, helpful and experienced staff make Eurofins a good place to learn in pleasant, semi rural surroundings.

Cons

The disparity between the pay rates of longer serving staff and management bonuses versus the poor pay for newer members means they loose staff quickly.

Pros

Management is very flexible with working hours. For the most part, you are given a task list and a certain amount of time to complete it for the client. A lot of work independence and minimal supervision.

Cons

The pay and benefits seem to be on the low end. The company is good for starting a career or working through college, but I would not consider them to be competitive with other scientific companies.

Pros

work schedule is flexible and many coworkers are easy to get along with. There are many opportunities for training and they offer tuition reimbursement

Cons

Pay increases are marginal, and cost of benefits is increasing to employees. Promotion potential is questionable depending on the department
