Despite these measurable contributions and the level of responsibility associated with building and scaling operations, my compensation did not reflect the scope or impact of my work. My position was ultimately eliminated, which underscored a broader issue within the organization: there is little longevity or job security, even for high-performing employees in senior technical and operational roles. The workplace culture was toxic, with limited collaboration and an unfriendly atmosphere among employees. Support from leadership was inconsistent, and contributions were undervalued once immediate business needs were met. Overall, Eurofins may offer short-term opportunities, but for those seeking stability, fair compensation, and a supportive professional environment, this is not a place to build a long-term career.
