1. Lunch is not good 2. Management expectation is too high 3. PBI is not pointed correctly 4. Too old tech. stack 5. Nothing there to improve your knowledge (In my team) 6. Hikes depend on the team you are working with; if eLIMS NG, then less than 6-7 % but a few teams have more than 15% 7. Low pay but too much work
