- Training is very badly structured and not long enough for the standards and importance of the job (forensic DNA analysis). Better hope you do everything perfectly within 2 weeks or you’re going to have an awful time with rude and uninformed management who they themselves are too "afraid" to set foot in the labs for risk of contaminating something despite telling you the job and training are both "very easy" - Some difficulty actually booking your annual leave, being told it's very important to use all your days before the end of the year and then getting all your requests ignored or rejected - Alternating hours that will mess your body clock up and mediocre pay regardless of career progression
