Very good entry level job to start or earn some income. Staffs are all friendly and willing to assist

Cons

Repetitive tasks. Somewhat seasonal for fulltime contract. Not much chance for promotion.

Great coworkers, flexibility in the scheduling, feel like management is not the type to micromanage or breathe down your neck.

Cons

Practically no room for growth or raises. Overtime is not required but you will be pressured/guilted into it frequently and if you do not agree to, I believe it limits your opportunities.
