      I started here in 2023, I was bullied by the girls in the team making me literally cry. A lot of mean girl energy. The management was toxic, doing everything in illogical ways and would quite literally scream and shout at you in front of everyone for the smallest of issues (not having kind regards on an email instead of many thanks). They took no constructive criticism. Many of my peers have been bullied and pushed out of the company as once they have decided they do not like you they will create issues, blame you for things and get you into trouble and higher management will take that on board and you have no leg to stand on. The whole atmosphere is mean girl energy, and you’re treated as if you’re in school with no human decency from them. The pay is abysmal and the work is never ending. The salary does not reflect the work you do. This job had destroyed my mental health not because of the work but because of the management. There is no career progression here either.
