      -Overtime availability -Friendly Coworkers -Good amount of PTO

      -Constant callouts with no punishment -Upper Management does not care about keeping hard working employees -Horrible Pay

      Good for learning cGMP, don't expect longevity

      Pros

      Eurofins has a fantastic training program which provides the basics of cGMP and laboratory techniques. If you stay for a year, you'll get a solid background in cGMP/labwork.

      Cons

      Eurofins overworks and underpays employees, resulting in a high turnover. There are people who seem to get "in", but they are a minority. Most scientists will work 10 hour days regularly. If you have an invisible disability and ask for accommodations, don't expect a lot of support.

      There are no compensational benefits worth discussing.

      Cons

      They have “positivity” training where the same man comes into talk. For “positivity 3.0” or whatever number, the presenter talked about how a former employee committed suicide and how “ungrateful” he was. Pretty much became a rant about how people with suicidal thoughts should be ashamed of themselves… Several of us left that presentation feeling angry, upset, and confused why that guy is giving “positivity” training.
