Having a job and a steady paycheck.

Cons

My time at Eurofins was a complete disappointment. From unclear expectations and constant monitoring to an unsupportive atmosphere, it was a toxic work environment. The unrealistic workload and lack of understanding pushed me to the point of anxiety and panic attacks. Even providing a proper two-week notice was met with a last-minute remote dismissal. Save yourself the stress – steer clear of this company.

The people are great. Flexible hours. You can gain important GMP knowledge working here.

Cons

Overworked for how much you get paid. You get spread so thin that you don’t get much scientific knowledge, you just know how to mindlessly run an assay. Not much room for development.
