      None at all. Run far away from this company.

      Cons

      The benefits are terrible. The managers are like inept children who just sit around all day and do absolutely nothing. The pay is worse than anything any other company is offering. There is no career growth potential here. Don’t waste your time with this company.

      Good for learning entry-level laboratory skills. Multiple locations, flexitime.

      Cons

      No upward mobility, have to fight for promotions even if you are a good worker. Lots of low-level work offered that does not allow you to demonstrate skills, gets boring fast. No paid overtime allowed, but you will be expected to stay beyond working hours if a job needs to be done (ie: unpaid overtime). Expected to give 110% for what is considered low pay compared to similar contracting roles.
