Pros

no pros, only cons, not a good company at all

Cons

Top management is dumb, very bad management. TOP management itself is directionless how can it give direction to others. Company has played with lot of people careers Lot of politics, not a IT company. They treat employees as slaves. No personal life. Very Dissatisfied

Pros

I have worked with some really great people who have become much more than co-workers. I treasure those relationships. They have a nice location and a nice office. They have good parties.

Cons

Very hostile environment. Strong lack of communication. Nobody knows what is going on with anything. Programs change and no one notifies the users. Everything is extremely manual. Lack of integration in the back office considering their place in the market with technology. Turnover is extremely high. No training, no policies and procedures. It is a fly by the seat of your pants environment. No appreciation for hard work and dedication.
