Pros

No pros, very bad management, played with lot of people careers

Cons

RIA USA management was not aware, why they started India team, he was direction less, he played with many people career by opening team, i agree, legal complaint must be file in labour department for such use & throw practice of Euronet management. shocking they were very rude while dissolving team. by shutting down such brilliant team, they wasting investors money. as a team member, i got good job, but would say to everyone in center, leave this bad management & highly selfish company, who doesn't have any morale, grace and just greedy. Leave leave leave. highly discoursing company. TOP management is directionless for india center. I agree that some one must take action for such practice under preview of law, so that they don't dare do playing practice again. RIA management hardly spoke to any one us, without know value created they fall the grace to help greedy people.

Pros

payment is nice, infrastructure is nice.

Cons

1 some people are passing personal comment on you. they think that they are the king and others are no more for them. using very cheap language. 2 don't accept appreciation from your boss. 3 their is no time to go home, some times you have to wait up to 12 pm. 4 the boss itself demotivate you or decrease your confidence, if you have confidence then boss tell you that its overconfidence. 5 boss is like "monkeys said my heap is red". so much of politics. 6 boss tells you that he is like your friend but he treat you more than boss.

Company culture sucks!

Pros

Pay is okay. Flexible Hours, and business casual.

Cons

Most employees out there want to work somewhere that fosters a sense of "belonging" or a sense of "contribution to an overall goal", Euronet doesn't foster anything put finger-pointing. Many of the co-workers are divided into cliques and they let you know in non-subtle ways that you don't fit into their clique. Many co-workers are rude. Don't acknowledge you, don't know who you are, don't care to know who you are. Carry on loud "speaker phone" calls in their offices with door open, have no regard for others trying to focus on their work. Company culture as a whole is very unfriendly. High turn-over. They could get twice as much done with half as many people if they had a "system". Too much of "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing." Duplication of effort. In short . . . . chaos.
