Growing company. Need at least 5 words.

Cons

Management ignores concerns and continues to lose employees. Management pretends to forget an individual's workload & proceeds to disburse more based off productivity. Management refuses to update job descriptions to more accurately reflect workload. The company cares most about being in control of its employees.
