Pros

Getting free food here and there

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and profits of company, not their employees. Managers pay no attention to an employees workload. Terrible compensation. Favoritism is extremely obvious. Training is atrocious. Atmosphere is very dull and not inviting.

Pros

Met some amazing people at store level.

Cons

Several times I was sick (like have the flu sick, stomach bug sick, or need emergency tooth extraction sick) and was told I couldn’t leave so I had to stick it out. Several times a week i had to go from one store to another or several stores in one day. Not paid for mileage or traveling to the store. Sometimes I had to do my boss’ job on top of mine. Had 7 days vacation, but because I didn’t have anyone to cover me I hardly got to take it (a few days here and there).
