      Pros

      Incredibly interesting field and fantastic colleagues, pay is quite good for the industry.

      Cons

      Absolutely no lack of direction, conflicting ownership everywhere, confusing direction by CEO. Bi-yearly re orgs and decision paralysis while they take place wont save the company. Have somehow got the worst of start up culture (total chaos) and the worst of established company culture (slow decision making).

      high salary compared to industry market. very relaxed working conditions

      too much people coming for political reasons and not for their real value in the business. company is not international anymore, it is now frenchy french

      Pros

      Nice environment to work in. Lots of talented and interesting people. Decent compensation.

      Cons

      Although compensations can be attractive, it is not for everybody. Large disparities are present. Investment in ressources necessary to cope with business growth are often done too late, which is detrimental to service quality.
