The company's culture is not good, directors in many areas tend to be bullies at all levels even within the same team with their reports and peers, their example cascades to all levels.

Was interesting tech company, but if you’re not French you are a 2nd class citizen and kept continually in the dark on up and coming projects.

Cons

Micro managing, gaslighting, discrimination, favouritism, Micro bulling It’s clear a day the takeover of OneWeb was to destroy the OneWeb culture and long term employees who built the company. Anyone any good is leaving in droves or suffering mental health problems due to the stress caused by the French company. I wish I could give zero stars on this website that’s how bad it really is. But if you’re French you will go far in this company.

Managed to meet and work with some amazing people before the merger drove them off.

Cons

Literally everything now. It was a great challenging place to work, and now it's just a toxic cesspool. If you're not French, you're treated less-than, gaslighted and driven off. So many people have left because it is untenable. New starters join and then leave within months, sometimes weeks. Legacy staff with irreplaceable knowledge are being hounded out or driven to mental health crises.
