      Pleasant people. Money and profit sharing. Family approach to people. Excellent market share. ESOP for long term value. Highly involved people.

      Cons

      Not open to change. All directive one way communication. No modern practices and technology. Too restrictive environment. Too many people related to each other.

      ESOP is great Healthcare is solid (for this industry)

      Cons

      Low pay (they try to say profit sharing makes up for it, even though profit sharing is taxed much more…) Executive management is clueless Work culture hasn’t been kept up with the rest of the workforce. No remote work, dress code from the 60s, and industry is severely lacking technologically literate talent. Location is pretty awful. Company struggles to recruit new tale
