      I had high hopes when joining this company, but my experience was deeply disappointing. Honest reviews seem to mysteriously disappear, creating an illusion of a better culture than what actually exists. The workplace feels dominated by a “boys’ club” mentality, making it hard for diverse voices to be heard or valued. The glowing reviews on here feel suspiciously curated and don’t reflect the reality I witnessed. Work-life balance is practically nonexistent, with expectations to be “always on” and little regard for personal time. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for transparency, inclusivity, or a supportive work environment.

      If you’re lucky you might end up on a team with people like.

      Cons

      This place is a revolving door, don’t bother to learn anyone’s name because they’ll end up leaving as soon as you do. If you want to be overworked and underpaid this is the place for you. Leadership makes decisions based on what mood they’re in, they only care about data when it supports the whims. If the AI doesn’t work why aren’t we doing anything to change that?
