Fun, fast paced environment - If those words scare you, that's ok! Lot's of other jobs out there. Strong mission - Helping individuals through potentially some of the most challenging moments of their lives. If this mission doesn't resonate, find one that does! Excellent hardworking people - If you stand out in a crowd of hardworking people, it's usually not because you're working TOO hard... It's hard to not get a little defensive from reading the other reviews here. Yes, this can be a challenging environment, but the opportunities are obvious and the growth is inherent. This company is full of people working extremely hard. Success is imminent, just keep the pedal to the metal!!
