Pros

$100k starting base salary and strong marketing efforts

Cons

Comp plan is unrealistic as customers churn at an alarmingly high rate. Sales culture is one of "churn and burn." Their top reps don't make more than $300-$400k annually despite closing over $3M in a year. Co founders appear to be well meaning and caring, but that's a disguise for the reality, which is they just want to be the market leader and will do anything in their power to get there and stay there. They couldn't give two fs about their employees. That's the genuine experience I had, at least, on the sales team. Their product roadmap is decent but fails to align with what customers actually want. Co founders are a crutch to running a smooth, healthy, and productive organization.

Pros

there are no pros to working with this company.

Cons

This company attempts to create the facade of having an AI framework that magically creates insurance claims in an instant, which they then sell to law firms for an exorbitant amount of money given the actual process they employ. The software is inefficient, underdeveloped, and it's ultimately the legal ops associates who are doing most of the work to make whatever garbage the program spits out presentable. Terrible work environment of impossible targets, unpaid overtime, and pettiness. A number of the operations associates have some form of legal training, but management is ignorant, unqualified, and deaf to any suggestions. As a startup, seniority heavily favors employees who have simply stuck around for the longest but don't actually know anything about litigation insurance claims or managing medical records. The *head* of their learning and development dept does not know that "irregardless" is not a word... Team supervisors are former legal assistants that worked in law firms for all of one month (info taken straight from their website). I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a job, or any personal injury attorney looking for AI solutions.
