Pros

-Lots of smart individuals across the organization -Potential to make the company great -Collaborative environment within some teams

Cons

The day to day is often chaotic. Executive leadership doesn't listen to or trust senior management. Decisions are made reactively, not strategically. As a result, there's high turnover of senior leadership and it's constant chaos. You can't make any progress because senior managers end up leaving after a short time.

Pros

AI Infused Personal Injury technology - is a game changer for lawyer

Cons

The competitive landscape is shifting, with rivals increasingly offering similar technology at lower price points, which may challenge long-term differentiation. The role is heavily field-based, with expectations to be in territory multiple times per week, which may not align with all candidates' preferred working styles. Career progression is linear but slow, with three incremental steps before reaching an Enterprise AE title. Notably, achieving a $8K base salary increase requires consistently hitting $1M in annual revenue for three consecutive years, which may not reflect the effort and performance required.
