      Pros

      Learning how to adjust when your company changes so quickly. Fantastic sales culture where we are truly allowed to work on deals together and be fairly compensated for the work we do. Getting to do fun private events and getting to go to at least one conference per quarter. A Phenomenal SDR team that is hungry and get some amazing sets. A really good product fit to the point where the average sales cycle is 3-4 weeks. I've had some deals close as soon as same day.

      Cons

      Sometimes data is told and then the rules or the facts can change ie turnaround time is 3-4 days when really its 5-6. Things change a lot. As we grow things are going to continue to change and be made better

      It's a start-up, not every day is "pretty." Though, each day we get smarter/more efficient about exceeding expectations and delivering real value to the customer/partners we serve.
