Pros

- The mission is inspiring. We're using AI to help personal injury victims get needed compensation after the worst moments of their life. We're using AI in a very positive way that benefits society - This company is on fire and growing like crazy, which creates a lot of excitement and opportunity. The technology is cutting edge - I enjoy being held to high standards and am always learning and growing - The team is talented and energetic. I love my coworkers!

Cons

- The work can be hard, the pace is intense, and senior leaders can spend a lot of the time in the weeds and in your business. You need to be ok with that or EvenUp may not be the right fit for you. - We need to lean more into celebrating our successes rather than focusing only on ways to improve. We are winning and that's a powerful motivator - we should take advantage of that. - Benefits could be stronger. I hope this changes as we grow.

Pros

EvenUp is genuinely a great place to work, especially if you enjoy solving real-world problems using cutting-edge tech. The team is smart, supportive, and committed to making a real impact in legal tech. Leadership is transparent, regularly shares company direction, and is genuinely open to feedback. There's also lots of autonomy here, so you can take ownership of big projects early on.

Cons

As with many growing startups, the pace at EvenUp can sometimes be intense. Work-life balance occasionally takes a hit during crunch periods, though leadership has been actively trying to address this. The processes can feel chaotic or under-defined at times, and communication across teams sometimes gets messy as the company scales. It’s definitely a place best suited for folks comfortable with change and a bit of ambiguity.
