Absolutely none, the salary and benefits are the industry standard there is literally 0 incentive to working here - please do not leave your job for this company it is a giant scam

Cons

Every single review is spot on, they have made no efforts to change anything and will lie to you in the interview process. If you do not “graduate” from there lackluster training you are fired after the first two weeks. Then if you don’t perform based on their ever changing “standards”, production goals, and requirements you’re fired without warning or cause.

Very flexible hours and super supportive management. Lots of learning on the job but this is a big pro if you're interested in the field.

Cons

Pay is in local currency - bit of a nit pick, but if you're outside of the US, this will technically be lower pay.

Good customers, unique product, great coworkers!

Cons

- no opportunity for growth - leadership is non-existent and you will constantly be micromanaged by the founders and receive frantic messages at all hours of the night - you will not receive your commission and bonus payouts - after years of working for the company I have not had one formal performance review and all attempts to discuss pay increase and career development have been brushed off or declined - they underpay their employees, much lower than the industry standard
