Pros

A large majority of the people that work for this company are good, hard working, caring individuals.

Cons

Disconnected upper management that don't truly understand the daily operations and what takes place in the stores.

Pros

I only put put I don't recommend working here due to my own experience with work life balance, but for others, it could be a great job. It truly depends on the person. They have great culture, give back to the community, good hearted people in majority, company practices health and well-being incentives, and HR and culture team tries to keep morale up which was always appreciated although I did not have the time to participate. The "intent" was there. CEO seemed also very concerned about his employees well being. I think it's genuine. I will miss the relationships and my team.

Cons

The structure in some departments, when it comes to the budget, feels unbalanced. The Planning department is new to EN and consists of only 11 inventory specialists, (4 planners, 7 allocators) for all 150+ stores and exhibits. I understand that budgets are restricted, but I hope for my previous team and department, even after I leave, they can get a little more support, whether it be even just an assistant for each planner or one assistant to share amongst all verticals. Small things like that could have really helped us out. Due to this budget, additional stress can be put on the weight of the job and that's one of the main reasons why I left. It pushes you to the limit which is great, and makes you proud of what you can do, but it leaves you very tired physically, mentally, professionally and then at the very last affects your personal work life balance.
