Pros

Great hours working basically a 9-5. Overtime on holidays. Historical venue makes it a great place to learn from. Guests are amazing and really helps show the importance of your job. Nothing is the same everyday.

Cons

The workload and stress from managing so much doesn't reflect pay. Ssc puts so much on a stores plate that it's constant work that isn't just allowing us to focus on sales.

Pros

Location at the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village

Cons

Worst retail experience I have ever had! Staff is micromanaged and treated as if they have no intelligence. Product is overpriced and manufactured in China, yet is sold at a museum that represents American innovation. If you love retail run quickly in the opposite direction to a retail company that will appreciate your experience and drive!
