Cons

Leaders preach core values and culture but do not themselves follow it. Favoritism is out of control at all levels.

*They have a family atmosphere in the home office. *Salary is competitive compared to other retailers. *Growing Company in their field. *Commands a great set of company values

Cons

*Does not follow their own values typically. *Poor communication from their home office. *Unrealistic expectations in terms of your KPI's *Expect to not have a work/life balance if you work in the field or retail stores. *Benefits/bonus structure is below par compared to other similar companies.

Pros

The pay is pretty good compared to most retail companies. My boss is very understanding of the fact that I am a full-time student and has accomodated my work schedule accordingly. There are also great opportunites for advancement.

Cons

Honestly, I can not complain.
