      It starts out great and then the boredom sets in.................

      Pros

      They provide great locations to work at.

      Cons

      Lack of career growth and a poor benefits package. There is no where to go in the company--no positions to advance to. While the job allows a remarkable amount of self supervision, eventually you just can't stand the thought of supervising hundreds of kids shopping in a gift shop.
