Pros

Lots of training opportunities for all employees - whether at the Store Support Centers or in the stores. Friendly team, relaxed office environment, on-site gym, and you can bring your well-behaved dog to work! I have a great leader, and love that there is a Culture Committee at Event Network. We also get great discounts at our stores.

Cons

Nothing I have come across...well, I do wish there was a cafe or deli closer to the San Diego office (or at least a vending machine) but there are a lot of options just a short drive away.
