Pros

Great fellow employees, interesting places to work at. The shops are cool being at the museums and science center is awesome.

Cons

Horrible culture and management. No appreciation for your hard work. Pay mediocre at best. A lot of politics higher up. The company preaches culture but there really isn't any. Pays to know the right people.

5 years with EN!

Pros

EN is definitely a great, fun place to work. I worked in several locations through the course of 5 years. I had the opportunity to interact with great people.

Cons

Low pay and the hours aren't steady. If you're in college or have a second job, this is likely for you. It can take a while to get promoted at every level (cashier to lead, lead to ad, ad to director, etc.) Most people don't want to work at the same level for several years.

Pros

It's a job and that's about it

Cons

Long hours expected of salaried people - 60 hours for the price of 35. Lack of support from upper management. Sales miracles expected in low-volume locations. Product lines are constantly being dumbed down.
