Pros

They paid us for holidays that we had off, and they offer holiday pay if you work on the actual day.

Cons

This company bought my store and a bunch of my sister stores from our old company. They were embarrassingly underprepared for taking on the task of acquiring more stores. They “trained” a few of us sales leads for one shift, then left us alone and expected us to finish training the rest of the team. Also, corporate is useless. None of them has any knowledge on what it takes to run a store, and when you try explaining what your store needs to them, they shut you down. None of their services are helpful, (IT/Operations/store support), because none of the employees actually answers the phone to help when your store is in an emergency. To top it all off, the pay is HORRENDOUS. Overall, this company has poor management and isn’t worth working for.
