      Can be fun if you enjoy tourists, children

      Cons

      Management likes to bring in personal friends Management likes to string you along with idea of promotion but never confirms you'll get it or takes steps to. Seems like they do it to make you stay.

      Pros

      Beautiful resort and super nice customers. Some nice employees who wanted to come to work and do their job in a professional manner.

      Cons

      Not enough oversite. Store was run unprofessionally. If you went to the management in confidence, it would be repeated and thrown in your face later. Management was the cause of gossip that destroyed the ambiance in the store. Every employee was talked about and a central figure was the instigator. 3 key players making the store miserable. Although a training course was in place, it wasn’t used to train new hires. Nothing by the book.

      Pros

      The job was part time which worked for my college schedule.

      Cons

      The management fought me when needing to have less hours for school. They were scheduling me the max amount they could before giving me full time and giving me management duties without paying me for them.
