      Some workers were great to work with.

      Cons

      There was favoritism at the gift store I worked at even when those employees did not work at all. Management did not value their employees Hired a lot of employees to only have one person full-time and the rest part-time.

We also strive to provide all team members with the support they need. Scheduling and the number of part time and full time team members in the gift shop is largely determined by the needs of each store to accommodate guest volume (seasonal fluctuation), as well as available talent seeking either full time or part time positions. We are always on the lookout to add talent to our teams!

      Pros

      Very easy job, especially if you are in school. Flexible hours. You also receive a few free tickets to the Aquarium each quarter.

      Pros

      Coworkers were great and the atmosphere was nice.

      Cons

      They were always short on staff, and had to either bring in people from another store or had you cover more shifts.
