Pros

-Great co-workers. -Great culture at the Store Support Center (SSC). -The ability to travel to awesome cultural attractions. -Yearly Conference (Big Huddle). -Free breakfast.

Cons

-The great culture at SSC did not always translate all that well into the stores. - Low morale in the purchasing department.

Opportunity for hours, access to cool institutions

Cons

Too focused on exceeding profit goals but refuse to listen to the people on the floor about it, many of the managers have to regularly work off the clock to not exceed hours
