This is a company where I learned a lot about retail and gained great skills for my career. However, over the last few years there has been a complete breakdown of structure at the corporate level due to rapid growth without much planning. Miscommunication is rampant. People are often sending mixed signals and downright contradictory direction down the chain of command. You could often be told one thing by someone in the chain of command to have another person, either above or below them say or act completely different. Decisions are often made by people with a far remove from the situation resulting in initiatives and hiring decisions that are ill fitting.

Nothing to do when slow. Recovery is ongoing. We had a talented team but not allowed to do anything creative. The team was micro managed all the time.
