Pros
It depends on which store you're working at. My store director and assistant store director have some of the strongest leadership I've seen in my career. They are invested in the associates' futures, and the pride they have for the store is unmatched. Here's my advice: Ask questions during your interview to feel out the management's personality.
Cons
It depends on the store. I was asked to help at a different store temporarily (where the management was not strong), and I was horrified. The pay is becoming a problem.
