Pros

Flexible schedule, that’s about all.

Cons

Minimal work life balance, multiple promises not kept even from upper management. Upper management is aloof, condescending, and out of touch with the reality of field work. Poor pay to support the multiple back end departments that are unnecessary, unhelpful, and won’t even answer emails for months. Anyone with any experience in business would look at their business model and laugh. Bottom line:the company is predatory, dishonest, with poor management.

Pros

Flexibility Working with great providers

Cons

Was fired in February it was told to me that by the MA Director "it's because there are facilities in your region that are pulling there contract". When I asked how is it my fault they didn't provide a clear reason. Which is overall disheartening because I enjoyed to working for eventus. But they used me as long a they needed me then fired me.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed working with our providers and appreciate your contributions. We regret that your experience ended on a disappointing note. While changes in facility contracts can impact staffing decisions, we understand the importance of clear communication during transitions. We also take your concerns about workload, training, and role clarity seriously and are continually working to improve support for our medical assistants. Your input helps us refine our processes to create a better work environment for all team members.
