Pros
EverCommerce is a truly fantastic place to work and I've never been happier in a job. Leadership not only provides a clear vision of the company's future, but also does a great job of making employees feel valued. The people that work here are some of the smartest and most hard working people I've ever been around and it's clear they care about what they are doing, which is incredibly motivating. EverCommerce is also incredibly supportive of career development opportunities. On the culture side, work is filled with happy hours and events, weekly free lunches and snacks, dogs in the office, and genuinely great people. The ability to work from home when needed is also a huge plus (depending on your role).
This company pushes you to be your best and while the work can be challenging, hard work is rewarded with near unlimited opportunities for growth. It's definitely a work hard/play hard type of environment but even in the most stressful of times, everyone has a great attitude. The experience you'll gain working with 38+ subsidiary companies is invaluable but working here is not for the faint of heart! While it's an incredibly fun place to work, it's also incredibly fast-paced and not slowing down anytime soon. Ability to prioritize projects and the willingness to go above and beyond are key skills to success here.
Cons
Benefits could be slightly more competitive in some areas but this is in no way a deal-breaker. Thankful for the addition of 401K matching but it's still not as competitive as some other tech companies in the area.
