      Pros

      EverCommerce is a fast-paced environment with a great team and lots of opportunities to grow within the company if you are willing to work hard and get creative. The work itself is challenging and exciting, but the best part of EverCommerce is the people. We have a very collaborative environment and everyone is committed to rolling up their sleeves and helping out. I have found the people at EverCommerce to be genuine, passionate and fun to work with.

      Cons

      EverCommerce is a place to work hard. The benefit of that is you learn a lot, but it can be a challenging environment for some. Also, almost the entire workforce of the Company has been WFH since last March, which has been hard to not see everyone in person all the time. We have found ways to make it work in the meantime, but I am looking forward to seeing everyone again hopefully soon.

      - Organic business is diversified, and growing - with loads of potential to continue to “turn the screws” - Exposure to M&A and unique business strategy - Growth opportunities (personal, professional, financial) abound - Top notch C-Suite - Culture built from the ground up has evolved given growth / scale but remains core to the business - Mission / vision / values that everyone can attach to (helping Small Businesses grow / succeed) - Company leadership was out in front of COVID with health and wellbeing of employees and their families paramount

      Cons

      - Significant growth means not everything is figured out – if you see this as a con, EverCommerce might not be the best fit - Pace of change is very rapid – expect that things will look / feel different over a period of time - At times work / life balance can be elusive given growth trajectory

      - Super high growth company - Top tier private equity investors - Tenured and effective Executive team - Extremely broad exposure given the rate of acquisition and scope of market - A lot of scale and operational maturity left to be solutioned - A very entrepreneurial culture with a lot of autonomy - Too many amazingly bright and talented colleagues to mention

      Cons

      - Demanding environment, but one that comes with reaping the fruits of your labors - Dynamic and fast-paced org, if not comfortable being uncomfortable, need not apply
