      Pros

      The interview process was so seamlessly and everyone communicated clearly about next steps in the process. My first interview until when an offer was made took under two weeks!! Since joining the company, I’ve been even more excited about the growth potential and overall culture. My coworkers and business partners are friendly and easy to talk too. You can tell they care about their employees and their well-being! I would recommend EverCommerce anyone!!

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but very fast paced so you have to be nimble and flexible to change. If you don’t like processes always evolving, then this may not be the place for you.

      * Driven CEO and C- Suite to build the business with the Values and People in mind. * Great benefits package, telehealth options, EAP, mental health support options, and additional life insurance options, gym reimbursements and commuter options. Cool additional offering for those with diabetes * Smooth remote onboarding process and collective culture to maintain cohesive communication *Diversified portfolio of companies *Quick decision making and ability to make an impact quickly, still scrappy * Extremely supported by managed and overall supportive culture

      *Not sure of the office culture since everyone is remote *No bonus structure or equity offering * Could have better parental leave * Could have better 401K match * Not on the same email/ communication platforms across portfolios

      Pros

      My company was recently acquired by EverCommerce, and it has overall been a really good change. The transition of course has had its own challenges, but it was great to suddenly have access to a legal team and other resources. The company got its start in helping small businesses get their work done, and now that its job is acquiring small businesses, it is apparent that that is still their focus. But now the small businesses they service include the ones that are part of the EverCommerce family.

      Cons

      Becoming part of a bigger company means letting go of some of your identity as small startup. That's definitely a challenge.
