EverCommerce is truly an exciting place to work. It's position in numerous different industries and rapid growth rate offers an array of opportunities to its employees. There's a strong and encouraging senior leadership presence, excellent company culture, and tons of room for personal and professional growth.

Cons

Lots of opportunity to learn and grow within your role!The environment is super fast-paced, but the team is really supportive and willing to help each other out. I love the challenges that come with my job and that I've had the ability to take on new responsibilities outside of my job description! We're at a pretty cool point in our company's history, so I'm really excited to be apart of the team.

Cons

Be prepared to work some longer days and some weekends as well. I personally don't mind, because the work keeps me interested and engaged and I love the people I work with. Just want to note it though, since a 40+ hour work week isn't for everyone.
