This will leave you with plenty of work to do and limited resources to complete it. Equitable Treatment. If you are a recent hire or a longstanding employee, the likelihood of you losing your job will be equal because leadership lacks foresight and strategy. They care only for the bottom line after 3 years of publicly-traded mediocrity. Thrive In Change. If you are able to keep your job, the chances of you taking on others' work without additional pay will happen. You will experience firsthand the results of brain drain as new functional leaders come in every six months. Work Flexibly w. Accountability.
