- Significantly underpaid for the amount of work that you do. - Incompetent management. It’s bad enough that your manager has never been in your role, but they also lack very basic management skills. - Everything is done as a formality only. We did year end reviews, but there has been no meeting to go over the reviews like they said there would be. - No one seems to know what they are doing. - Management does not listen to your concerns, though they pretend to care and tell you things they think you want to hear. - The only people that seem to be a part of a “team” are the people who work in the Denver office. - Upper management knows about the many issues in the department and mentions them in meetings, but always has an excuse for why these issues cannot be resolved. - People have quit after working just a week. - Burnout.
